This week students are working in groups of two or three to make granola served with yogurt. We will be focusing on kitchen safety and continuing to learn lab routines; this will be a big lab for measuring skills! On Friday students will participate in a dairy lesson and cheese tasting, having the opportunity to try five different types of cheese, including a goats milk cheese.
