To start off this week we will have an herb and spice lesson and students will try to identify 24 different herbs and spices. With our labs well underway, we are making a student favourite - stovetop mac 'n cheese. Students will be making a homemade cheese sauce with a roux base and selecting flavour options customized to each pairs liking.
