No school Friday for Remembrance Day.
This is our last full week of classes for quarter one exploratory. After the chicken lab safety review lesson on Friday, we are putting our safety skills to the test preparing chicken stir fry. This is a two-day lab with the first class being veggie prep and sauce making, followed by a class of cooking all of the components. Each kitchen group will be making either teriyaki or sweet and sour sauce from scratch. Comments are closed.
