No school Monday, Thanksgiving Day
This week students are reviewing important concepts of food safety and cross-contamination in preparation of the taco salad lab. Each kitchen will work together to cook the taco meat and prep veggies, but each student will make their own salad. On Friday we will have an herb and spice lab to learn about several different herbs and spices. Comments are closed.
